Fleet Systems Officer
Permanent Full-Time position including a 19-day four week cycle
Council is seeking an experienced Fleet Systems Officer with the appropriate skills and experience to be based at our Moss Vale depot (just 5 minutes outside town) to support the fleet and workshop teams.
About the role
The Fleet Systems Officer will provide support to Council’s Fleet area, in particular Council’s Mechanical Workshop staff in relation to; scheduling Plant & Fleet services & repairs, monitoring ongoing fleet utilisation and undertake purchasing requirements. They will manage the administration and data entry of Council’s Fleet Management System and provide support in gathering information for reporting on fleet policy compliance and efficiencies.
Salary for this position is based on skills, experience and qualifications and will range from $54,043pa - $62,690pa + super.
About You
As the successful applicant you will have strong administrative, procurement/contracts experience, well developed analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and working knowledge of Finance One. It is desirable that you have a working knowledge of supply chain management software.
You will be a self-motivated team player, who can demonstrate a “can do” approach and enjoys a challenge.
