How this position will Make the Difference to City of Melbourne…
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior HRIS Specialist within the People, Culture and Leadership Operations team at City of Melbourne.
As the Senior HRIS Specialist, you will lead a team of HRIS Specialists to ensure position and system requirements are compliant, and data integrity and accuracy is maintained at all times. You will be responsible for all HR data including systems maintenance and reporting to the business including:
Managing the PC&L systems and reporting requirements
- Responsible for position management including maintain and resolve user access, position management, position costing, investigation of system errors and troubleshooting
Lead projects as required and provide advice
Support the strategic initiatives by providing analytics to measure, track and demonstrate meaningful statistics and insights
Involved in testing, developing and implementing software modifications
We are seeking an innovative, engaging and driven individual who has a proven record of achievement and experience in delivering HR information that provides both insight and is actionable. Delivering a quality service is paramount.
You can bring… (Selection criteria)
Ability to demonstrate and display City of Melbourne Values – accountability, integrity, courage, respect for self and others, and striving for excellence
Substantial experience in delivering employee data analysis and reporting, including a thorough understanding of HR systems
Experience providing HR reporting and analysis to staff and line managers, including presenting the data to key stakeholders
A broad understanding of the linkages between employee data and analysis, and how the information can contribute to the development HR strategy, programs and day to day policy
High level professional stakeholder management
An ability to work in a fast paced environment
Aurion Payroll experience is advantageous.
