$106,988 plus 9.5% Superannuation
Maximum Term Contract up until June 2022

How this position will Make the Difference to City of Melbourne…
The Agile Transformation Analyst will join as a key member of our Technology and Digital Innovation (TDI) branch. The Ways of Working team oversees and supports the TDI transformation program by implementing the operating model, driving continuous improvements of the model, and establishing and implementing the adaptive (including agile) ways of working program and practices. This team also drives internal digital innovation, and looks for the opportunity to introduce new technologies, partnerships and innovations to challenge and improve current delivery models.
The Agile Transformation Analyst is a member of the Ways of Working team, working with various stakeholders and TDI Leads to support the development of products and services. Integrating research, analysis of customer data and input from stakeholders, the Agile Transformation Analyst provides support, feedback and technical expertise on the development of product roadmap and customer experience strategy.
The role is also key to driving the adoption of agile tools and processes within the product team. This includes assisting the team and People Leaders with transformation process analysis and modelling activities required to transition current state into a future state to successfully transform the Branch to a new operating model.

- Ability to demonstrate and display City of Melbourne Values – accountability, integrity, courage, respect for self and others, and striving for excellence.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of various agile frameworks and methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Demonstrated capability in product management, with the ability to prioritise and maintain product backlogs with Leads.
- Demonstrated digital transformation experience.
- Ability to report on product or service updates and progress effectively, including standard metrics, potential risks and issues.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and program tooling (e.g. JIRA) and implementing change in an agile environment would also be beneficial.
