You will provide specialist advice and support regarding the further development and maturation of Council’s enterprise risk management (ERM) arrangements. You will also oversee and support the day to day operation of a co-sourced internal audit program and execute a small number of assurance projects each year.

You will have:

• a demonstrated understanding of risk management frameworks, their development and maturation; and
• experience in planning, conducting and managing audits and applying internal audit standards and methodologies, demonstrated by a high level of technical skills, knowledge and experience in liaising effectively with executive management and operational staff in relation to presenting audit findings.

Salary:  commencing at $4016.14 gross per fortnight.
