Apply now to join the Mallee Catchment Management Authority (CMA) as Program Coordinator Waterways and Wetlands. In this position you will be taking on a role managing the delivery of on-ground works programs to enhance the natural environment around our wetlands and waterways.  

Working collaboratively with a team of professionals, you will be responsible for contract management and the day to day management of staff in both a planning and project delivery space to undertake works to enhance the natural environment. For the right applicant, this role provides scope to forge a career pathway within the business.

This position suits an experienced professional who is highly organised and capable of working in a busy and expanding environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, engage and build networks amongst all levels of staff and stakeholders is necessary.

The position requires a tertiary level qualification in science, natural resource management, ecology environmental management or a related/relevant discipline, together with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a related field.

The position is available on a full-time basis until June 2024 (extension subject to funding). This role is classified Senior Executive Officer Position in accordance with the Mallee CMA Enterprise Agreement with a remuneration of $92,511.77 per annum plus superannuation dependent upon skills and experience.
