Recreation Coordinator

About the role:

The Recreation Coordinator will be responsible for the service planning and management of Council’s community spaces including sporting recreation reserves, strategic walking and cycling connections, parks, playgrounds and open spaces.

To be successful for this role you will require:

  • Degree in Community Development, Recreation / Facility Management, or a lesser formal qualification with extensive relevant experience.
  • Experience in writing, planning and implementing service agreements, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in the planning, development and/or management of recreation services, community facilities and community programs.
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets.

This is a Band 7 role in accordance with the Shire of Campaspe Enterprise Agreement.
