Are you looking to take the next step in your engineering asset management career? We are looking for someone to lead and direct a strategic approach to managing Council assets.

Our assets, roads, pools, drainage etc, are a critical component to deliver services to the Campaspe community. This is a genuine opportunity to be a part of a progressive Council to align its future direction to support effective service planning. You will be a key player in providing advice to Council and the Executive Management Group. Key to the role is the ability to be influential and collaborative in nature to achieve Council goals.

To be successful for this role you will require:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience
  • Proven leadership experience to manage and develop teams
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of asset management systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and resources required to meet asset management objectives

This is a Band 8 role in accordance with the Campaspe Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2019.
