Infrastructure Manager

As a part of the Infrastructure Services Division, the role plays an important part in contributing to the integration of works activities within the Department and across other departments. The position is a key support role to the General Manager Infrastructure Services and as such, is expected to actively assist in managing change, coaching/mentoring team members and support the strategic direction of council.

Leading council’s Infrastructure teams, consultants and contractors, this role will also oversee the delivery of maintenance and construction services, including council roads, drains, paths, bridges, buildings, plant, fleet, and quarries.

To be successful for this role you will require:

  • Degree qualified
  • Substantial experience in managing diverse teams in a highly regulated environment
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis of business practices to identify sustainable strategic efficiencies
  • Significant practical experience in successfully establishing and implementing change management strategies
