This position is responsible for providing a consistent and positive experience for prospective applicants through the provision of day-to-day development related advice including targeted information relating to Council’s planning policies, processes and requirements.

The successful applicant has exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to help create a positive, customer service oriented, working environment. In addition, the successful applicant will have a good working knowledge of the planning and development assessment system.
