Senior Development Assessment Planner (Ref: V21/5371)

This part-time (28 hours per week) position is responsible for the provision of development advice and the assessment and determination of complex development applications with the aim of facilitating development that protects the environment and contributes to the character of the Blue Mountains.

The successful candidate is qualified in urban planning and has relevant experience in development assessment. The position requires exceptional customer service skills and an ability to efficiently resolve complex issues through the integration of urban planning, heritage preservation, environmental assessment, development engineering and other related disciplines.

Salary:  between $2650.91 and $3232.27 (dependent on skills and experience) gross per fortnight.
