This position is responsible for the assessment of development applications with the aim of facilitating development that protects the environment and contributes to the character of the Blue Mountains. The position also involves building certification work, including the assessment of construction certificate applications.

We are seeking a senior building surveyor who has obtained an appropriate level of registration and has knowledge and experience across a range of planning and development related matters.

The successful candidate will have the option of entering into a vehicle use agreement (VUA) allowing private use of an allocated vehicle outside of work hours. Private use costs are recovered in a fair and equitable manner.

Salary:  commencing at between $3379.91 to $4121.15 (depending on skills & experience) gross per fortnight.
