BUILDING SURVEYOR / CERTIFIER (AREA TO SENIOR) - V22/5533

This position is responsible for building certification work, including building inspections and the assessment of construction certificate and CDC applications. The position may also involve the assessment of development applications with the aim of facilitating development that protects the environment and contributes to the character of the Blue Mountains.

We are seeking a registered building surveyor who has obtained an appropriate level of knowledge and experience across a range of development related matters.

The position comes with flexible working arrangements, including a nine-day fortnight and a hybrid office / working from home arrangement. The successful candidate will also have the option of entering into a vehicle use agreement (VUA) allowing private use of an allocated vehicle outside of work hours.

Salary:  commencing at between $2907.12 to $4121.15 (depending on skills & experience) gross per fortnight.
