The City of Greater Dandenong has a unique opportunity for a Landscape Architect to join our friendly Strategic Design and Sustainability Planning team based in Dandenong. Ideally you will have strong design, project management and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within our team and the city improvement team. Work as part of our open space team, a dedicated, high-performing and passionate team to deliver exciting community projects and help shape the future for visitors and residents of the City of Greater Dandenong.

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Prepare concept designs, project briefs, design documentation, specifications and tender/quotation documents
  • Community consultation and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Delivery of end to end capital works projects
  • Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications, including environmental, occupational health and safety and risk management requirements.

The successful applicants will have well developed communication skills and be tertiary qualified in Landscape Architecture or related field. Strong AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills will also be highly regarded.
