An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated communications professional to join the Media & Communications team at the City of Greater Dandenong.

You will be responsible for all media releases and liaison, managing a variety of strategic communication campaigns, community engagement and overseeing with the production of our monthly community newsletter. 

You will have excellent writing and communication skills, sound knowledge of the media, the ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent customer service and people management skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications in journalism or communications are required.
