A great opportunity exists for an experienced Librarian with excellent leadership skills to join our Library Service as the Library Coordinator.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Degree qualification in Library and Information Services, or equivalent, recognised by ALIA
- Library experience at a senior supervisory level, with the ability to lead and motivate several work teams, set goals and monitor performance.
- High level project management skills with demonstrated ability to scope, initiate and lead library projects
- Experience in assessing, planning, implementing and promoting library programs and services for the community.
- Knowledge of and experience with best practice collection management standards, including digital resources.
