About the Role:
Reporting to the Director, City Lifestyles, the Executive Manager Community Businesses will provide leadership and vision to the Community Businesses Group with a focus on building high performing, sustainable community businesses based on sound commercial principles. The group includes a large workforce and diverse businesses across childcare and education services, leisure centres, Campbelltown Stadium and a Sports and Health Centre of Excellence.
To be Successful in Your Application You will Demonstrate: 
  • You will have an outstanding track record in leadership within relevant government or commercial businesses.
  • A demonstrated track record in driving improvements in financial position.
  • A high level of commercial acumen and an ability to apply business thinking to implement solutions across a range of different environments.  
  • Experience leading continuous improvements in business operations with a focus on building cohesive teams and a strong, supportive culture. 
  • Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
