The Role
Join a high performing and professional team with direct responsibility for the project planning and development of a range of community facilities, including works in kind agreement with developers. The position will involve site assessments and preparation of concept options and facilitating the early planning and design of various community infrastructure projects. Technical advice and support for the preparation of functional briefs, development agreements, business cases and grant applications for a range of projects including sport and recreation, community activity centres, libraries, early learning, visitor amenities snd spaces.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that is responsible for planning, design and delivery of a range of community facilities in a fast growth municipality.

We are looking for an ambitious planner, urban designer, architect or engineer/project manager that has a passion for the early planning and development of community infrastructure.  

About you
Are you an architect or planner with experience in the development of community facilities in a local government or community context, and have a tertiary qualification in architecture, planning, urban design, engineering or a relevant discipline?
