The Shire of Gingin is inviting applications from an experienced and professional officer to fill a permanent full-time Community Ranger position (starting immediately) within Ranger Services.  The salary offered is Band 5 of the Local Government Industry Award 2020, with a remuneration package of up to $89,860 per annum, consisting of a competitive salary (including weekend penalties), superannuation up to 14.5% and an on-call allowance.

This role will suit a highly organised person with a track record of providing efficient and timely outcomes who is able to interpret and enforce State and Local legislation, able to work autonomously and to maintain a high level of integrity and customer service delivery. This position involves working a rotating weekend roster with on call requirements. 

Experience in a similar position within local government will be highly regarded.
