What you’ll do:
- Ensure optimal configuration and management of the EDRMS (Electronic document and records management systems) and associated tools to effectively support the organisation’s business processes and compliance standards.
- Deliver management services to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency, covering areas such as archiving, sentencing, file classification, and document destruction.
- Deliver tailored records and information management solutions that meet specific customer needs, ensuring processes and guidelines are developed and optimized for effectiveness.
- Drive adherence to the State Records Act through proactive oversight of daily business processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
- Provide high-quality records and information management services that enhance organisational practices, drive end-user adoption, and offer robust support across various business systems.
What we are looking for:
- Expertise in operational document and records management practice and procedures in alignment to the NSW State Records ACT 1998 or similar; and its application using the organisation’s EDRMS (Electronic document and records management systems).
- Proven experience in administering Content Manager (Records Manager/TRIM).
- Substantial experience in the application of records management practice and procedures.
- Experience in using Microsoft 365 services which includes SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
