We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled person to manage the Indigenous Leadership and Engagement team.
The Manager - Indigenous Leadership and Engagement leads the development and implementation of City of Sydney strategies and projects that support and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and cultures in Sydney.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading teams to develop and deliver strategies and projects and negotiate outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment; strong cultural knowledge and experience implementing protocols and providing cultural expertise within a large organisation; and a proven ability engaging Sydney-based Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, communities and individuals to foster productive working relationships.
