Job Description

Are you an experienced and highly motivated administrator seeking an opportunity to progress your career in a fast paced environment?

We have a permanent full time opportunity for a Parking Services Administrator to work as part of our Transport and Parking Department to provide an effective Parking Enforcement and Administration service and solve day to day problems relating to assigned aspects of Parking Services.

You will be a diligent professional with experience in parking infringement internal reviews and administration who embeds attention to detail in their everyday practices and has the ability to think and act proactively to minimise and prevent the escalation of complaints.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills as well as experience working within a similar environment. Specifically experience working within Local Government parking enforcement, prosecutions, and administration is highly desirable. You have a demonstrated ability to manage personal and confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner and you have the ability to advocate on behalf of Council.

Working within a team environment you must be able to positively contribute to the team in an enthusiastic, cooperative way.

It is crucial that you are comfortable to learn new systems and technologies within an organisation going through digital transformation.
