The Opportunity
ActewAGL’s Brand, Communications and Corporate Affairs Branch have an exciting opportunity for an individual to take on the role of a Brand Communications Specialist for Evoenergy.
The individual will have an analytical mindset, excellent verbal and communication skills and a passion to deliver outcomes.
You will report to the Head of Brand, Communications and Corporate Affairs with an indirect reporting line to the General Manager of Evoenergy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide operational and functional marketing and communications (including social media) services and support to the Evoenergy business.

Some Key Specifics of the role
You will
• Proactively collate and analyse statistics and prepare reports relating to relevant project activity, website usage, internet trends, social media trends, other media trends, monthly reports, event evaluations and campaign evaluation.
• Provide subject matter expert advice with media relations, marketing research, communication campaigns and projects.
• Identify and prepare content and design briefs for sponsorship and event advertising, program ads, marketing collateral and public affairs announcements.
• Manage the Evoenergy signage, promotional items and marquee inventory.
• Advise and facilitate online content through channels such as search engine, social media and third-party websites.
• Champion a consumer engagement / customer interaction / channel choice mindset within Evoenergy.

To succeed in this role, you will possess
• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline
• Experience working in a commercially focused organisation
• Proven experience in multi-media including social media content creation
• Strong research, analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
