Project Capability - Change Manager
- Permanent full-time position
- Band 7 ($86,816 - $97,152) + 9.5% Superannuation
- Location St Kilda

The position involves:
- Design and deliver the ongoing capability development program in line with agreed frameworks, concepts, and priorities incorporating both competency and continuous improvement based aspects
- Development of training content, materials and delivery of training sessions.
- Participate in the development and ongoing improvement of project and program frameworks, standards, methodologies, tools, templates and procedures, ensuring they are fit for purpose and in line with best practice.
- Apply effective Change Management principles to the development and rollout of capability programs and practice management initiatives.
- Periodically evaluate our organisational project capability across project and program delivery.
- Engage with key stakeholders to determine specific capability development requirements for project and program management.
Applicants will require:
- A degree level qualification
- Demonstrable knowledge in relation to practices, procedures and principles of project and program management ad experience in the application
- Experience in designing and delivering capability development programs
- Demonstrated experience in change management across a complex organisation
- Experienced user in Microsoft Office Suite
- A successful application is subject to a satisfactory police record.
