Heritage Advisor (18 months temporary) (Ref: V24/9278)

The position works collaboratively within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of strategic planners and heritage experts. The position contributes to the team’s heritage advisory services that promote excellence in cultural and built heritage outcomes across the City.

The role supports the work of the built heritage team during a period of increased investment in capital works. The role is focused on heritage assessments and advisory services for internal stakeholders but requires the flexibility to attend to other heritage services during periods of peak development activity. It includes assisting with heritage programs including committees, grant programs, and museum advisory services. The role may require the provision of authoritative advice on heritage matters to management.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $90,468 gross per annum

+ 11% superannuation

+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary

+ annual award increase
