Cemeteries and Crematoria NSW (CCNSW) wants feedback on proposed changes from council operators.

CCNSW has put forth proposed licensing conditions including new consumer contracts, cemetery maintenance, pricing transparency, customer service standards, and religious, cultural and spiritual principles.
