SAP PM Senior Business Analyst

Queensland Rail is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Asset Systems team. As a senior member of the team, you will use your SAP Plant Maintenance, Asset Management Subject Matter Expertise, technical knowledge to drive the development of processes and implementation of solutions which enhance objectives of the Queensland Rail Enterprise Asset Management System.

Whilst not limited to, here is some of what you can expect to do in this role:

• Lead the asset management processes, systems solution design, development and implementation with business and stakeholder groups to drive improvement.
• Review and coordinate asset management business processes
• Co-ordinate the solution implementation and integration with the existing systems and processes.
• Adhere to existing design principles and maintain integrity of the systems and processes.
• Provide expert advise on the use of enterprise asset management system to end users.
• Support the enterprise asset systems team in the implementation of new processes.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardised practices in line with the use of the enterprise asset management system.

What you will bring to the role:

• Substantial experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (Enterprise Asset Management) Business processes (E.g. SAP Plant Maintenance subject matter expert)
• Experience and understanding in SAP Plant Maintenance solution development, application, and implementation.
• Extensive experience with stakeholder engagements that have delivered Asset Management improvements through new processes, existing solution improvements and increased uptake of existing solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in showcasing robust business acumen, along with highly developed critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in the delivery of formal written documentation to support Enterprise Asset Management Systems. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Replacement of the mobile maintenance solution
• Preparation for S/4HANA upgrade including definition of:
  • future state of asset management processes
  • Data standards
  • Reporting metrics
