Business Maintenance Business Support Officer

  • $59,451pa + 9.5% super + ADO

An opportunity exists for a customer service focused individual, to join a dynamic team responsible for the maintenance of Councils many facilities.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of high level administrative support to a dedicated team of building maintenance officers. This role includes being first point of contact for receiving, processing and actioning of reactive maintenance requests, raising of purchase orders, invoice processing and records filing and management.

High level communication skills and the ability to efficiently prioritise and organise a busy work load are vital in this role. Intermediate to advanced skills in the application of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications and other relevant computer applications are also essential. An ability to process a large volume of purchase orders and invoicing tasks is required.
