Randwick City Council is a leading and innovative local government organisation committed to serving our vibrant community on the beautiful eastern beaches of Sydney. We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join an energetic, forward thinking and achievement focused Human Resources Team.

The experienced team work collaboratively to engage employees through valued support and education whilst caring for their welfare and creating a safe and respectful work environment.

We need an experienced HR generalist professional with a proven track record supporting professional and operational workforces. You will need strong experience in an industrial or government environment underpinned with relevant tertiary qualifications and a passion to contribute to our high performance and values based culture.

If you bring excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, analytical skills, exceptional service to clients with a strong ability to coach, consult, influence and problem-solve at all levels, then we would like to hear from you!
