Executive Officer


The Position

Applications are being sought from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Executive Officer.

The Executive Officer will provide a range of high level executive and project support services to the General Manager and Executive including providing strategic advice, managing communications and implementing strategies to support the achievement of the organisation’s strategic and operational objectives.

To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrable success in a senior leadership role. You will possess highly developed communication skills with the capacity to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels to negotiate and influence positive outcomes for Council and the community.

Salary Details

Remuneration is determined in accordance with Council’s Salary System at Grade 15

70 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday – 12 month contract
