Capital Venues and Events have a vacancy for a full-time permanent Venue Operations Manager. This is an exciting leadership opportunity with a dedicated team within a dynamic performing arts environment.

You will be responsible for managing all operational elements to ensure positive experiences for both customers and clients, coordinate all aspects of technical and facility management and developing and delivering strategic plans to ensure effective and efficient facility operations.

You will also oversee the development of technical staff, front of house staff and physical resources.

You will have a relevant qualification in the industry and subsequent experience, particularly in relation to venue operations. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills will be essential when liaising with staff, clients, contractors and patrons.
