We are seeking a motivated and experienced person to lead the new Healthy Heart of Victoria initiative. Healthy Heart is an initiative of the Loddon Campaspe Regional Partnership that is aimed at improving health outcomes for the community living in Central Victoria.

In this role you will build a dynamic new team of health brokers, based in local government, who will work to enhance the work of key partners and stakeholders and build capacity to strengthen and support contemporary innovative public health practice and systems change leading to improved and sustained health and wellbeing for the community.

The Healthy Heart Brokers team will work with stakeholders to embed equity and inclusiveness across their work and incorporate a ‘health in all’ filter across polices and primary prevention work to achieve the project outcomes for the community.

As a senior public health practitioner, you will also need to have great interpersonal skills, be a motivational leader and be able to demonstrate diverse stakeholder engagement and project management experience.

A satisfactory police record check and Working with Children Check is required for this position.
