A newly created role and reporting to the Manager Human Resources, the Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) is a specialist role working with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to create best practice process for all recruitment activity which delivers the highest quality candidates possible.
You will also be responsible for partnering with the Human Resources and Organisational Development team to ensure best practice approaches to onboarding and inclusive employment are implemented.
The successful candidate will have proven recruitment experience gained in a similar role within a complex operating environment, sound knowledge of applicable legislation and Human Resources and recruitment policies and procedures.
