We are on the hunt for a Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team. This fixed term position (2 years) will play a critical role in managing employee relations for our organisation.
Our team is highly motivated, people focused, and we work with different people and on different projects every single day. To be suitable you will have strong knowledge of the industrial relations system and experience in applying relevant legislation in the areas of recruitment, ER/IR, equity, diversity, anti-harassment and anti-bullying and be confident in providing practical advice in these areas.
As an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor we want you to:
• Manage industrial and employee relations with expertise;
• Partner with leaders to drive contemporary and industry best people management practices;
• Coach, guide and mentor leaders to continue to develop their people leadership capability
