Major Projects Planner
- Salary: $98,713 - $109,639 per annum + monthly ADO + Super

As full time Major Projects Planner, you’ll be a self-starter with motivation to successfully progress and drive important projects while balancing the needs of existing and future communities in an evolving inner city environment. Supported by your manager, you will liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders and provide timely and accurate advice in relation to major and complex development planning applications.
To succeed in this role you will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and you will have well-developed mediation and public consultation skills. Your strong knowledge of relevant Acts, Regulations, Local Laws and Government policies will support you in advising stakeholders, and you will take a flexible and adaptive approach to achieving objectives and goals. Additionally, you will hold a degree or diploma in Town Planning or related discipline, together with demonstrated experience as a Statutory Planner or similar planning role.
