Job Description

We’re looking for someone who can assist in leading our Parking Services team and manage our parking infringement prosecutions. You’ll work in a small dedicated team that manage parking enforcement, parking permits, prosecutions and infringement administration. 

As someone with experience in parking prosecutions and a strong knowledge of the Road Safety Act, Road Safety Road Rules and the Infringements Act, you will be able to support and guide the team to deliver quality outcomes for the community.

Desired Skills and Experience

To succeed in this position you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing parking infringement prosecutions
  • Strong knowledge of relevant Acts, Regulations, Local Laws and Council processes and demonstrated experience with the parking infringement lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills

In addition to your technical skills, your ability to motivate the team and provide exceptional customer service will be essential.
