We are currently seeking a Quality Systems Analyst. 

Salary Range: $73,211.45 to $76,257.62 pro-rata per annum
Term: Fixed-Term to 30 June 2018
Closing: Friday, 7 July 2017

 

Primary Objectives of the Position:

  • Build a culture that promotes efficiency, quality and fosters a commitment to continuous review and improvement in all Branches of Water and Waste.
  • Supporting Water and Waste in identifying and implementing process improvements in alignment with Water and Waste strategic plan.
  • To monitor and evaluate business data to support improvement processes and outcomes for Water and Waste.
  • Development and facilitation of information sessions for staff in regards to system process improvements.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and development of the Copperlode Emergency Action Plan and Business Continuity Planning activities.
  • Develop and facilitate scenario testing for Business Continuity Plans and Copperlode Emergency Action Plan. 

The ideal candidate will possess: 

  • Tertiary Qualifications and / or significant experience in business analysis, project management, continuous improvement, quality systems or other relevant field. 
  • Working knowledge of the application of change management methodologies in organisational change & performance.
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Background in project management, researching, consulting, analysing and documenting business improvement projects. 
  • Experience in a leadership role, understanding people leadership principles and leading through periods of significant change.
  • Ability to build and manage strong relationships. 
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with stakeholders within a large organisation.
