An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Parking Team within our Regulatory Services Department. Reporting to the Coordinator Parking and Local Laws, we are looking for an experienced people leader who can effectively and efficiently coordinate the day to day operations of the Parking Team whilst providing a high standard of quality customer service to the community.

To be successful in this role, you will need sound judgment and decision making skills and proven experience in consultation and dispute resolution across a range of challenging situations. Additionally, we are looking for someone with highly developed verbal and written communication skills, who can effectively plan and prioritise to achieve set objectives within the resources available and to the timelines set. Your ability to generate, monitor and analyse reports and statistics coupled with your ability to work within budgetary constraints, including recommending appropriate adjustments to work programs in order to achieve required targets, would be highly regarded.

Previous experience in a law enforcement role, interpreting relevant legislation and policies or a Certificate 4 in Government (Statutory Compliance) will be advantageous.
