The role calls for an innovative Senior Manager to continue the development of human resource, recruitment, organisational development and work health & safety strategies in accordance with business objectives.

The successful applicant will possess a relevant tertiary qualification with at least 10 years experience in a similar role. The position will be directly responsible to the Chief Executive Officer, with overarching management of a highly skilled team through the continued implementation of effective human resource, organisational development and work health & safety strategies, as well as providing expert advice to executive management on workplace relations and industrial law legislation.
