Team Leader Community First

$81,543 pa, plus superannuation

An opportunity has become available to lead the Community First Team, formally known as the Customer Service Team.

Working with the team, you will oversee the daily operations and management of team functions related to front of house and contact centre operations. Further to this you will have the opportunity to co design and implement an enhanced service model that supports the Community First Team to lead the delivery of a ‘Community First’ customer centric service model, providing high quality, engaging and efficient customer experience outcomes.

To be successful within this role, you will be highly experienced in leading customer service operations within a complex environment. Your capacity to facilitate productive relationships, identify and implement service improvement opportunities, combined with a proven capacity to drive change will also position you well for this role.
