Building Maintenance Officer
Position No: BC84
Working within the Building Construction and Maintenance Section as Building Maintenance Officer, you will administer building maintenance projects, assist with maintenance problems and the asset management system, prepare and monitor maintenance programs, work schedule, estimates and quotations and engage and supervise contractors and day labour staff.
You must have relevant tertiary qualifications, extensive experience in the building maintenance area and a currect Class C Driver’s Licence.
Salary Range: $1402.21 - $1542.47 (Grade 14) per week
