This role is responsible for leading the collection teams providing the services of household garbage collection, parks and litter collections, and kerbside bulky waste collections. The role ensures that the services delivered meet legislative compliance and that operations are undertaken in a manner to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of environmental performance, resource recovery, cost control, asset management and client satisfaction.

To succeed in this role you will have experience in waste collection systems and team leadership. You will also have proven interpersonal and communication skills, along with problem solving skills. An understanding of relevant legislation and regulations for the waste and resource recovery industry will be highly regarded.

Salary:  commencing at $87,878 per annum.
