An Evening with the Emergency Services

In 2015, Get Ready Week will be held from 13-19 October 2015 to celebrate the resilient nature of Queenslanders — No matter what gets thrown at us, we bounce back!

To build a focus on how our community manages itself during a crisis, the Longreach Regional Council Local Disaster Management Group will be facilitating a Community Emergency Management Workshop that will allow all members of the community to get an understanding of what we do as a Council in the case of a disaster and also ask questions of the experts who will be attending the evening.
